D-SISIVE I Believe: The Official Jonestown Album Release Massacre Featuring: Calcu-Lator & The Oral Presentation, Muneshine and Special Guests TBA

Music Supplied By: DJ Grouch, Moss & Dirtyman

Toronto, ON - D-Sisive returns to the stage on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at The Drake Underground, to officially launch his latest release 'Jonestown'. The free digital-only release is the follow up to D-Sisive's Polaris Long-Listed album 'Let The Children Die', which featured the SOCAN Echo award winning song 'Nobody With A Notepad'.

"It's the Kool Aid," describes D-Sisive, on his newest LP, Jonestown. The Juno nominated artist decided to take a break from his dark/depressing content to focus on the "battle-rap" style he became known for in the late nineties. The album boasts production from heavyweights Muneshine (Sean Price), Moss (Ghostface, Obie Trice), Anonymous Twist (Planet Asia), Murr (LAL, formerly of The Grassroots), and Toronto-born/NY-based Marco Polo (Heltah Skeltah, Masta Ace). Toronto artist Slim Twig (paper bag records) also makes an appearance on the Shinogo produced 'Around The World'. The Muneshine produced debut single, 'West Coast', is already popping up on blogs and radio playlists across the country.

"It's none of your business," laughs D-Sisive, after being asked to explain the connection between the album's content and it's title. Jonestown will be released Wednesday, November 18, 2009, also marking the 31st anniversary of the Jonestown Massacre.

D-Sisive celebrates his release with Canadian heartthrobs Calcu-Lator & The Oral Presentation (aka The C.O.P.) who in 2009 made their triumphant/auspicious/inauspicious return to the stage after a 3 year hiatus. From hip hop about mutant birds to arena rock about ass to folk ballads about racial slurs to punk songs written by market research departments, The C.O.P. puts the "good show" in the phrase "Hey, that was actually a pretty good show." You'll laugh, you'll cry, you might even learn something.

Originally from rural Saskatchewan, Muneshine has come a long way. Now in Toronto, he has established himself as an award-winning, sought-after MC and Producer. Selling over 30,000 albums worldwide, as well as working with hip hop legends Pete Rock and DJ Spinna, Muneshine has earned the respect and praise of fans, artists, media and industry folks alike.

Tickets are $5 at the door which includes free 'Jonestown: The Deluxe Edition' digital download card and Kool Aid Package.

SHANE SEWELL NEWS: JUNE 2009

SHANE SEWELL LEAVES TNA AND RETURNS TO WWC WRESTLING!

Here is a message from Shane to his fans:

Hello to everyone,

Apologies for the silence the past few months, but there really hasn't been much to report on until now. As I am sure that most of you have read or heard over the past weekend, I am no longer working with TNA Wrestling. There's really not too much to tell you other than my contract with TNA was up for renewal, and unfortunately we just couldn't come to amicable terms for a new deal. Both sides really did try to make it work.

It was just business, and no painful behind-the-scenes drama.

TNA has some great people in the company, and it was a pleasure having the opportunity to work with some of the best talent in the business today.

As for my time with TNA, I have to tell you that having the opportunity to work with Earl Hebner was one of the greatest experiences of my entire career. I absolutely loved every minute of working as a referee alongside Earl and the rest of the guys. It gave me the chance to experience the matches in an entirely new way. I leave with such great memories, and knowing that I am forever indebted to Earl for sharing his years of knowledge and experience with me. Thank you Earl.

So what's next??? Well to start with, I am going to be working regularly back in my beautiful adopted homeland of Puerto Rico. A place where I don't need a cheap knock-off belt to be called a legend. A country where my years of blood, sweat and tears for the wrestling business and it's fans have already EARNED that legends status for me. A place where I can't wait to go toe-to-toe with some of the visiting "Main-Eventers" while they're away from the safety of their network TV script-writers and back room politicsÉ Can you dig THAT???

I promise to keep updating my web sites more regularly from now on, and to let you all know first about any breaking news. Thank you to each and every one of you for all of the fantastic email and messages of good will. I will never forget your incredibly kind words, ever.

Anyway, be sure to keep watching Impact!, WWC Superstars, RAW, and all of the other wrestling programs, and please keep supporting the professional wrestling business!

Aqu’ est‡ al futuro!
Shane.
